Refund and Returns Policy

At Hanamori, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our furniture. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, this policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging.
  • Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and proof of damage.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made, personalized, or clearance items are non-returnable.
  • Products showing signs of use, modification, or mishandling are not eligible for return.

3. Process for Return or Replacement

  • Contact us at returns@hanamori.in within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Our team will verify the issue and arrange for inspection or pickup if applicable.
  • Upon approval, a replacement or refund will be initiated within 7–10 working days.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement if not yet shipped.
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not permitted.

6. Damages During Transit

If your product arrives damaged, please record a video during unboxing and share it with our support team for faster resolution.
